Tereni Kepler
Interim Administrator
Tereni Kepler joined our team as Business Manager in November of 2021. She lives in Marengo with her husband and three children. In high school, she worked at Rose Haven as a CNA. Tereni has a Master of Business Administration from Upper Iowa University.
Tammy Gehring
Lodge Manager
Tammy joined The Lodge in 2015. She grew up in the area, graduating from HLV in Victor. She attended Kirkwood Community College and has extensive experience in customer service. She enjoys spending time with our tenants and helping them with their daily needs. Tammy and her husband live in Marengo and have two daughters.
Lauren Cronbaugh
Director of Nursing
Lauren joined Rose Haven in 2024. She has a BA from University of Iowa, received her RN in 2006 and spent 15 years working for larger nursing home companies in a variety of leadership positions. She is also a licensed nursing home administrator and has served on the Education Committee for the Iowa Health Care Association. Rose Haven special spot in her heart as it was her first job at an LPN in 2005.
Lauren lives in Walford and has a husband and four children. In her free time, Lauren enjoys running long distances, cooking and being outside.

Business Office Manager
Maddie joined our team as Business Manager in June of 2024.
Dale Gerard
Maintenance Supervisor
Dale is our Maintenance Supervisor for Rose Haven and the Lodge on Lafayette. He is a lifelong resident of Marengo and bring extensive knowledge of maintenance and HVAC systems.
Angie Radeke
Dietary Manager
Angie joined our Dietary Department in May of 2024 as Dietary Manager.
